Crepes

To make the custard: Boil the milk with the sugar, the lemon rind and the cinnamon. In a bowl mix together the flour, the starch and a little milk. As soon as the milk in the casserole starts to boil, add the mixture. When the custard has condensed, mix in the berries and stuff the crêpes. Garnish with a scoopful of ice-cream and berries.
