Fish or Meat?

The Italians and Sicilians prefer also fish for the second course. We at Hotel Kalura attach great importance to the freshness and quality of the fish. Each fish we use is caught in the Mediterranean Sea around Sicily. In fact, generally we prefer to cooperate with the local fishermen. They fish during the night right here in the Cefalu area and off the northern coast and return to the harbour with their catch in the early hours of the morning. However, we are able to fulfill any extravagant request you may have: Maine Lobster from the U.S. or fresh oysters for you and your guests?
